Societies at Worcester
The Students' Union offers you a great chance to escape the every-day and throw yourself into other pursuits by providing a range of societies. Being part of a society is a great way to meet new people with similar interests to yourself and also give yourself a more rounded university experience.
The best opportunity to meet and find out more about our societies is to attend the Sports and Activities Fair in the Dive Bar on Wednesday 23rd September. Between 11am and 4pm on that day representatives of all our societies will be present to tell you want you do and potentially sign you up too.
Brief summaries of all our societies as well as ways to contact them are listed below. If your interest is not covered in this list then feel free to contact either your elected VP Student Groups Andy Elleray or Sports and Societies Co-ordinator Glen Wilson in the Students' Union as we are always looking to establish new societies to meet student interests.
