The Students' Union provides a free, independent, confidential and impartial advice service to all students at the University of Worcester.
Advice and support is offered to all regardless of religion, gender, disability or sexual orientation. The service can arrange for a representative to accompany students to meetings related to appeals, complaints, plagiarism, university disciplinaries, fitness to practice or any other university meeting where a student feels they would like support and representation.
Academic Issues, Money Advice and Housing Problems are the main advice areas covered by the Service. However, they can be the first point of contact for any query.
Mon-Fri 10:00am-4:00pm, all year round.

The SAS can give you as much or little help as you want throughout the year. Everyone is an individual and we offer as much support as you need.
Our services might be to give you a phone number or website address or you might need us to help you write a letter. Some people feel less confident with the issues they are tackling and prefer us to make phone calls on their behalf or write letters for them. In academic issues we would often attend meetings with you to let you know that someone is on your side.
Other work we do includes running welfare campaigns to raise awareness of issues we think are important to students. The VP Education and Welfare attends many academic and organisational meetings and that gives us the opportunity to influence change for students on a higher level.
Every effort has been made to ensure that all information contained on the Student Advice Service (SAS) web pages is both current and accurate. However, information within these pages is subject to change without prior notice.
