Hello! My name is Tereza Vidrova, and I am an international psychology student. I am running for the position of Vice President of Education for the academic year of 2022/2023. Since the first year, I have been actively engaging in different roles within the University. I was a Course Rep, secretary of the psychology society, School Rep and a member of the Student Council. I gained leadership, active listening, and team-working skills through those roles. The most crucial aspect was constantly closing the feedback loop to achieve the best possible academic experience for students. Therefore, I want to take the things working well as a base foundation on which I will build three main pillars leading to progress!  

1.The first pillar would represent SUPPORTING SERVICES by implementing more well-being programmes, more accessible access to counselling and prospects about master's degrees and future careers. 

2. The second pillar represents INCREASED NETWORKING with establishing peer mentoring in every school, higher visibility of reps and enhanced collaboration with supervisors and PATs.  

3. The third pillar represents INCLUSIVITY which includes more diversity training and available pronouns badges for staff and students.
