Elevate Your Leadership: Department Rep Training 2024

Step into a pivotal role within your academic community! As a Department Rep, previously known as School Rep, you will be the crucial link connecting Course Reps with senior staff in your Department and College. Your leadership and communication will drive positive change and enhance the student experience.

Each Department has one dedicated Department Rep, carefully selected from the pool of current Course Reps (over summer) through a collaborative interview process conducted by the Students' Union and the University.

To equip you for this vital role, we are excited to offer comprehensive Department Rep training sessions this year. These sessions will be available across three different campuses and online, providing flexibility to fit your schedule. You only need to attend one session, as the training content will be the same in each.

Remember, attendance is mandatory for all Department Reps, including those returning for another term. This training will prepare you for the year ahead, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to excel.
