College of Education Culture and Society (ECS) College Learning, Teaching & Quality Enhancement Sub Committee meeting, commonly referred to as CLTQE, are meetings between University staff and Academic Reps to discuss issues relating to learning, teaching and quality. 

In attendance is normally the Head or Deputy Head of School, Academic Representation Coordinator, representation from the Academic Quality Unit (AQU), Academic Liaison Librarian, Learning & Teaching Coordinator(s) and the Department and Course Reps for each college.
