Welcome to Parasoc!

Our society was created to enhance the knowledge and skills on Paramedicine related topics, as well as educating other students and the general public on essential life saving skills.

We provide this whilst still having a great time relaxing and unwinding from placement and academics through our social events.

What does your membership get you?

  • Free CPD events on paramedicine related topics including priority access to tickets

  • Access to Worcester Wednesday socials with a different theme every week

  • Fun days out and Sober socials

  • Meet people across the paramedic science cohorts

  • Discounts on Class Publishing textbooks and more

  • Access to our online store where you can purchase Parasoc merch

  • Participate in our campaign to teach life saving skills to students, staff and the public.

  • Join one of the biggest societies WorcSU has

                                                   .

We aim to put on socials, CPD’s etc that our members want - your voice is important and determines how our society is run!

Regular committee meetings will be held throughout the year to plan on events and we would love to hear what you guys would like to see and do. Member feedback is extremely important to us and we value your suggestions - please don’t hesitate to message our social media pages! We will be uploading updates on all of our platforms to keep you posted on upcoming events and socials.
