Standard BUCS Team Membership - Includes team training, recreational play and social: £80
Semester BUCS Team Membership - Includes single semester team membership: £40
Social Membership - Includes access to socials every Wednesday: £10
Give It A Go Membership - Includes free access for the first 4 weeks of each semester at a recreational level
Recreational Membership - Includes recreational play on Thursday and Friday and socials: £45
Semester Membership - Includes single semester recreational membership: £25
Our Badminton club welcomes players of all abilities, whether you’d like to be involved competitively as part of a BUCS team or socially. We welcome players of all abilities, with stronger players able to represent the University in the BUCS leagues. As one of the few mixed sex clubs, everyone is welcome to join.
Badminton is a very popular sport at Worcester, with opportunities to play at all levels ranging from recreationally through to BUCS Championships.
Currently we have two BUCs competitive teams; Women's 1 and Men's 1 and one extra competitive mens team with friendly matches drawn throughout the season. Alongside matches, we also offer weekly socials, where it is a great opportunity to meet new people and celebrate game results. We are also looking to hold more fundraiser events and a Christmas meal for all society members, also with the WorcAwards at the end of the year, to celebrate the societies and individual achievements from throughout the year!
