What is our society all about?
The Education Enhancement Society was created for any students with an interest in Education. It is a gateway into all things Education and aims to equip individuals with valuable skills linked to a career in Education. The Education Enhancement Society is inclusive of all members and welcomes students from other non-education courses. We organise workshops, social events and trips to develop our skills and meet like-minded people.

Our Societies Inclusivity Pledge
- Our aims as a society this year:
- To arrange multiple sober socials during the year, working with members to establish what they would like to do.
- Continue to hold online talks and events as well as in person events. Continue to hold a range of CPD opportunities in which members can participate in to support their professional development within their careers.
- Safety is our biggest priority, regards to getting home, spiking, and general safety of students – coming up with a saying that our members will know and the committee will be confident in supporting them.
- Continue to be a friendly, approachable, and informed society, welcome to all students.
- Continue to encourage people with a passion for education.
- Encourage committee and members to go SU events. Aim to organise and participate in our own SU events.
- Provide regular meetings within committee to award member for their efforts in and out the society. (eg, Member of the month)
- Push to collaborate with other societies and support with their campaigns.
- Participate in and promote awareness days.
- Main aim: to keep members safe, happy, continue to build their passion for education and self-confidence.
